Hydroponic plants
Hydroponic vase plants are plants grown in water (often in a vase or similar container) without soil, relying on nutrient-rich solutions for their growth. Here's everything you need to know, from the basics to advanced tips:

Sunlight
- Indirect bright light is best for most hydroponic plants.
- Avoid direct sun (it causes algae growth in water).
- Grow lights (LED or fluorescent) can help in low-light rooms.

Watering
- Use distilled, filtered, or dechlorinated tap water.
- Change water every 1–2 weeks to prevent algae or rot.
- Keep the water level just below the plant's crown (where stem meets root).
- Without soil, you must add hydroponic nutrients
- Use a balanced liquid nutrient solution.
- Dilute properly – too much can burn roots.
Add nutrients every 2–4 weeks depending on growth rate

Humidity
- These plants absorb moisture directly through their roots, so air humidity isn’t as critical as it is for soil-grown tropical plants. However, some plants prefer moderate to high humidity (like Monstera or Peace Lily), especially if grown in drier indoor environments (below 40% humidity).
