Live plants deserve a little more care in transit. Here is what to expect when you order from OH SO Floral.
Preparing your order
Orders containing live plants are prepared by the OH SO team. You will receive order updates using the email or mobile number supplied at checkout.
When your parcel arrives
Unpack live plants promptly and check their condition. Plants may need a little time to settle after travelling.
Something not right?
If an item is damaged, incorrect or in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the plant and packaging.
