The Alocasia Jacklyn Variegata is a rare and eye-catching houseplant admired for its deeply lobed, arrow-shaped leaves splashed with striking variegation in shades of green and cream. It thrives in bright, indirect light and high humidity, ideally between 60–80%, with temperatures ranging from 18–26°C. Keep the soil lightly moist but never waterlogged—allow the top couple of centimetres to dry out before watering again, and always ensure good drainage. Mist regularly or place near a humidifier to keep its tropical foliage happy, and feed every few weeks during spring and summer with a diluted liquid fertiliser. Wipe the leaves gently to remove dust and maintain their stunning colour pattern. Avoid cold drafts and direct sunlight, and note that this plant is toxic if ingested, so it should be kept out of reach of pets and children.
