At Oh So Floral, we carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of £4.75 per order for all mainland UK deliveries.

We use the following trusted delivery partners:

- Used for items measuring under 60cm in height
- Fully tracked service
- Delivery aim of 1 working day after dispatch
Parcelforce Express24
- Used for items measuring over 60cm in height
- Fully tracked service
- Delivery aim of 1 working day after dispatch
Shipping costs remain £4.75 regardless of which service is used.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, seasonal peaks, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments are sent using fully tracked services. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet the delivery times stated above, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, courier disruptions, or peak seasonal demand.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
